Cyber Liability Program Cancellation Warranty Statement

By signing this warranty statement, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Cyber Insurance Coverage Warranty

  • I warrant that our company maintains active cyber liability insurance coverage with another carrier, providing protection against cyber risks, data breaches, and related liabilities.

Loss of Coverage & Financial Risk

Upon cancellation, the policyholder will no longer have protection against cyber-related incidents, including but not limited to:

  • Data breaches and theft of sensitive information
  • Ransomware and extortion demands
  • Business email compromise and phishing attacks
  • Regulatory fines and legal costs associated with cyber incidents
  • Business interruption due to cyberattacks

Responsibility for Uninsured Losses

  • The policyholder understands that any financial losses, legal liabilities, or damages resulting from a cyber event occurring after the cancellation date will be solely their responsibility.

Regulatory & Compliance Risks

  • The policyholder acknowledges that certain industries and jurisdictions require cyber liability coverage to comply with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Cancellation may result in non-compliance and potential penalties.

Final Acknowledgment & Release

  • The policyholder releases the insurer and its affiliates from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the lack of cyber liability coverage follow in cancellation.
  • The undersigned confirms that they have reviewed the risks associated with the cancellation and understand the potential consequences.
